We hired Renovators, DANIEL JOHNSON to renovate a 40 unit hotel bathrooms.
It started great, they where coming on time and slowly his tub guy left and told me that dan doesn't pay him on time after jobs are done and will not be coming back to do any work. That left me with the tubs not finished and gotta give it up that 1 person only showed up to work and finished the painting and tiles which wasn't done the right now and toilets still leak. This person is a scam and his company is not a business. He took advance for rooms that wasn't even finished but yet in return i didn't pay him for the last 2 rooms. Bathroom doors were supposed to be ordered but took him 3 months and a Fraud compliant through LNI to get that money back, he wouldn't even reach out to me I had to reach out to the other partner who was on a business licensees to get it back.
