REO Partner LLC is by far the worst builder I've ever worked with. He completely ignores email and is very nonresponsive. We purchased a house from Larry K. which has appliances that were purchased from a company called "COSMO" which simply don't work.
the oven doesn't come close to holding the proper temperature, and the burners don't light reliably. This oven was purchased by REO Partners LLC from Amazon, Cosmo does not allow for warranty transfers. So every warranty request has to go through REO Partners. COSMOS has repeatedly put off send a technician to fix the problems and instead simply asks for more videos showing the problems. They are stalling.
The house can with home automation. However, it was cobbled together by a single person company that has provide no information on how it works or how to keep it working. This is a mess.
We have completely given up on REO Partners LLC they simply don't respond.
As of the date of this review REO Partners LLC is still trying to sell the house on Sleret Ave in Vancouver WA. BUYER BEWARE!!!
