I am beyond impressed with RES!
It all started when I heard a loud bang sound, then the a.c. turned on. I figured I should probably get it checked out.
I found RES online, and called to schedule. They responded quickly, and made it easy to scheudle. Everyone was super kind and helpful!
They sent me an appt confirmation, and a reminder! The tech, Will, also called ahead to let me know his arrival time!
Will arrived on time, finished within the the scheduled arrival time, and brought shoe covers to protect my floors!
He was so knowledgeable! I'm a first time homeowner, so I had tons of questions!
He thoroughly explained everything, including upkeep and long term care!
He helped me understand what was happening to my HVAC and water heater, as well as why it was happening!
He offered several great solutions so I could pick my favorites!
They also have this great regular maintenance service, where they'll come and clean the HVAC in the spring and fall, so that I don't have to worry about the ac going out in summer, or the heat going out in winter! AND if it does go out, they'll come fix it within 48hrs!
If the problem is too big and takes longer than that (like if parts or a new system needs to be installed), they will bring out portable ac units or heaters so that I am taken care of!
I love RES so, so much!! They took care of everything!!
