  Our water heater went out and Felipe was quick to get it replaced. He came out on a Saturday so we didn’t have to wait over the weekend and even came back out that same Saturday evening to fix one minor additional thing. Definitely recommend this business!

  My heating system was out. The warranty company sent Rescue Home Improvements and HVAC out. He replaced the fuse and it just went out again. Had to have another company come out and find out what was causing the issue. Due to information sent to my warranty company he had my claim denied for the real cause of the problem.

  Felipe did not stick to his word. The guy will promise you that he can fix anything. Charged us $400 + to fix our electric wiring just to say that it was bigger job than he thought. He said to call a real professional to fix the electricity in our home. DO NOT USE, SKIP AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

  This business is a joke. His work is worthless, can't fix anything right the first time and doesn't stick to his word when saying he will be out during a certain time. Wants payment before service is completed. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! We as a consumer keep these businesses open and this one doesn't deserve our business. SHUT HIM DOWN!!!!
