For the past 3 years, my husband and I have been have a roof leak in our living room. We purchased our home in 2013, so their should not have been a leak at all. During our 10 month inspection, the leak was annotated. The builder at the time sent the company out to repair leak, so we thought. After awhile the leak resurfaced. We notified the builders again. Once again, they sent the company out too fix the problem. This went on for another year or so.This time the builders sold subdivision to new builders without letting the community know, which caused the new builders to state that it was not their problem but ours. I was finally fed up with this leak causing me to call my insurance company to get the leak fix. Turns out the inside of the roof insulation was very wet and mold could have been in the roof without our knowledge. I would like to say Residential Concerns cam out and notice the problem within minutes. The gutters were on incorrect and the roof was put together incorrect.(and this was a new home) I want to say if you are looking for professional personnel, Residential Concerns are it. Chris Rosa and his crew did and outstanding job fixing our problem. I would recommend them to anyone. so if you are need of getting anything done to your roof, inside your home, etc. Residential Concerns will get the job done. TRUE PROFESSIONALS
