I needed to have my porch repaired,so I contracted Allen Thomas ( David Horn ). The cost was to be $65 an hour. He ended up charging me $130 an hour saying he needed a helper,while also charging $65 an hour to pick up materials !! The price was way over what I expected and I would not do business with him again ! Beware of this bait and switch !!
