    Rezac is absolutely top notch.

    The job was well planned ahead of time which allowed Rezac and their subs to get in and and out quickly.
    I was on-site frequently and observed that Rezac appears to have very good relationships with their subs and the inspectors.
    The subs were closely supervised and assisted by Rezac where appropriate.
    As a result, the workmanship is great.

    I have had a number of poor experiences with contractors in the past.
    Rezac is someone I will go back to in the future, and someone I believe is worth waiting for if they are scheduled out a bit.
    I recommend them highly.
