Although the founding date of RezQ Construction is December 15, 2024 the owner, Jerry White, has been performing work on our Raft Island house for years. Quite frankly, there isn’t a single thing that I’ve needed done here that he hasn’t had the expertise to do. Over the last six years Jerry has performed; 1. Installation of plank flooring throughout our entire house and guest house to include some sub-floor replacement; 2. Roof repair including installation of underlayment, flashing, and shingles; 3. Black mold remediation including determination of moisture source and extent, removal, disinfecting surfaces, and prevention; 4. Added additional sub-floor support to our main house; 5. Cadet heater replacement in our guest house; 6. Design and fabrication of a board walk and retaining wall between our sun room and side yard; and recently 7. Replacement of the exterior door with double paned glass connecting the guest house to a private patio. Additionally he has maintained our roofs and gutters after the fall downpour of both water and leaves as well as performed pressure washing for us when needed.
