My husband and I hired Raz from RG Permits and Design Services to provide architectural drawings for a deck and patio cover that we were replacing in the back of our house. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! The original plans needed to be revised because of piping underground. Raz wouldn't make the revisions without thousand of more money. Then, he took another 90 days to draw them. They were incorrect and did not address the underground piping. We asked to make the changes. He wanted more money and said it would be another 90 days. We will never use him again. Don't waste your money and time!!!!!
