change gas stove top, sink, gas wall oven and knestove hood vent

I hired this contractor in June 2017 to remove and install kitchen appliances. It was short notice, but MS (Michael said they could do the work). He also reassured me that his company does many large, difficult jobs with excellent results. He said his men would be at my house on Saturday morning at 6:00 in order to remove the old appliances for the stone installers to put in the new counter top. He did not give me a price, but said he would see me on Saturday. He called me back on Friday, the day before the work would be done to tell me they would be at my home as agreed. The two men came to my house as planned, removed my stove top, wall oven and sink. In removing the sink, he dropped the cast iron sink into the cabinet breaking the wood in the bottom of the cabinet. They immediately loaded the old appliances onto their truck. Then instead of MS coming to my house, RH came one hour after the workmen had arrived. He told me he was here to tell me how things were going to go that morning. He told me that because it was Saturday and his company did not work on Saturday, my job was going to be at a very expensive cost, a "premium cost" he said. And he demanded full payment then and there. This was before he even gave me an estimate for the work, which had already been started. He said the charges would be $150.00 per hour for the two men. One man had been a helper during the removal and the other man who was to do the actual work was handicapped in that his left arm was paralyzed. He never told me that the work was not going to be completed that day. He said he was charging me $750.00 and wanted full payment right then which was 7:00am. I went to the bank to get the cash and returned 20 min. later and paid RH. He told me that his two men went to get breakfast and would be back shortly. They returned at 8:15 and the stone installers arrived just 5 to 10 min. after that. I told RH that the man with the paralyzed arm dropped the sink down into the cabinet and broke the wood bottom. The helper did not help him during the removal of the sink, except to carry it to the truck. When the sink fell into the cabinet the workman had just come out of the cabinet about two minutes. The stone counter top installers arrived at 8:30 and said they would be completed by 11:30, which they were. The RH men resumed their work at 11:30. They installed the gas stove top, installed the new sink after they broke the cabinet bottom. They said they would repair it, but I had to buy the wood. They put the wall oven into the space and plugged in the electric cord. They never hooked up the gas to the oven. Also they were supposed to remove the stove hood vent and install the new one which was still in the box in the kitchen. They never did this even though the workman returned to my house the next Monday to repair the broken cabinet bottom and the badly leaking new fawcet . He took two more hours to complete this and demanded $150.00 more. I had requested my estimate from RH on Saturday morning. He said he did not have any estimate or receipt forms in his truck and would return later during the day and bring my estimate and receipt. I did not receive any documentation until after the workman repaired the cabinet and leak. I paid the additional $150.00 for a total of $950.00. The work was never finished. My wall oven was left nonfunctional and the old stove hood vent was never removed and replaced with the new one. I had to hire another contractor to complete the installation of my kitchen appliances. So, I am giving this company a 0 star rating. RH did leave a message on my phone blaming the stone installers for ripping me off. I had no problems with the granite installers. VERY DISHONEST company and horrible, disappointing work and experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!
