  Patch work

  They did patch work on my roof and the next day the shingles were blowing off in a windstorm. I let them know and they sent the same guy to fix the work. So I went up there myself to look at them and they still were not secured and they did not look efficiently overlapped. Called back a 3rd time and they said that's the best they could do. I won't be doing business with these people any more.

  Roof Replacement

  They were canvasing the streets following a hail storm, and salesperson offered to assist with insurance claim, and talked us into agreeing to work with them. It took a couple months before they could return to do the roof replacement, as they were busy following the hail storm. The crew arrived and worked very quickly, leaving behind roofing nails in the yard, on the driveway, along the curb. They said they'd need 2 days to complete the job, but were done in less than 1 day, causing immediate question of the quality of work. The shingle color also looked slightly different from the one we selected, and when we contacted the rep from Rhino, nobody could seem to produce a copy of our original paperwork that had our shingle selection listed, and they denied that they delivered the wrong shingle and seemed to do anything to dodge the issue at that point. Fast forward a couple of months and the roof leaks in 2 areas. They also said they'd replace the roof vent pipe covers, using a "lower profile" product, but we discovered that they simply spray painted the ones that were already there (complete with hail dents in them). They also disconnected the dryer vent, leaving it loose in the attic -- a total fire hazard. Instead of taking the time to install roofs with metal valleys, they claim to use an adhesive product that eliminates the need for the metal valleys where the different roof lines meet. I don't know if that method is any better, but makes the roof look cheaper. And, when all said and done, we were never provided any paperwork for the warranty, and nobody showed up when we called in the roof leak. I would not recommend this company. Their high volume approach sacrifices quality and customer service and honesty/integrity.
