Rhodes & Son took all of the insurance money and abandoned the project without finishing the home. Very dishonest contractors, that do extremely shoddy work. Problems throughout the house, inside and out. Mike Rhodes charged me over $100K more than what actual price of signed contract was. He continually bullied and harassed me, and I have the documentation to prove it. I ended up taking them to court. They lost. My local Homeowner's Insurance agent recommended Mr. Rhodes. Big Mistake, as I should have done my homework about this contractor. Two months later, my local Homeowner's Insurance agent quit his job, right in the middle of all of us rebuilding after the Valley Fire.
