He returns calls promptly, provides accurate quotes quickly, and does high quality work. He shows up when he says he will, works until the project is totally acceptable, does a great job at keeping the property owner informed of progress, and doesn't leave projects in a half-completed state for long periods of time. He's the first contractor I call when I have a project that needs one or two people.
