This contractor is not one for recommendation. He cuts corners, avoids responsibility, intentionally installs faulty products etc., a home owners night mare. Extremely rude and abraisive. In closind we asked for a direct contact number and he refused to provide one and is agent Ms. A. Parian isn't any help either, she intentionally avoids phone calls. We have had issues with our home of which is still on warranty and he refuses to rectify or remedy the problem since Febuary of this year. He e- mailed my agent stating that he will be coming to my home but never called to make an appointment, needless to say he never shown up and we are still without electricity in our home. It's been told to us that the electrical problem is that of faulty equimpent and poor installation. It is extremely sad to have to deal with people that are in an occupation only for the money and will continue to purposely walk over, use and abuse people all for a dollar bill. How do you sleep at night?
