Horrible work. Hired for a two story addition and have regretted it every day since. Took Garhart through an MHIC Regulatory hearing which I won but I'm still trying to get back just a fraction of the money I lost. Absolutely cannot recommend in any way, shape or form. Check up on what I'm saying...ask the MHIC about any past Guaranty Fund hearing outcomes on Garhart, search Md Judiciary Case Search website with his name, he owes everyone money and has multiple liens against him. Deadbeat bum.

I absolutely would not recommend this contractor to even my worst enemies. Does poor work, is extremely difficult to work with and doesn't abide by the contracts he signs. I won an MHIC Guaranty Fund hearing against this guy for the substandard work he did on my house...call the MHIC, verify what I say. Also, search his name in the Md Judiciary Case Search website...you'll see all the liens and legal actions against him. Don't hire this guy.
