this is a review for a basic routine window installation, I though I was hiring professionals, instead rick teams of people destroyed my house , they can’t square a window , they can’t caulk , they left stickers on windows , they left a window completely un insulated for a year… rick blamed everyone else but himself , sent me on a wild goose chase with the manufacturer for a year. Full circle he comes back a second and third time only to ruin things worse, globs of glue , can’t even open my kitchen window , he cracked the whole frame , and the caulking in chunks everywhere. No other contractors would touch his crap job, so I went from spending 6,000 to 13,000.. rick is the definition of slick rick , home dis improvement is more like it. Wish I could add the photos so you can the see the horror and stress he caused me , check on Yelp I managed to get some of them in there , it’s what you can expect too. The only reason we gave rick the bid is because he was a friend of the family , think of what he’ll do to you. I missed about ten days to work cause of him getting new bids for others to fix it , god only know what he did to my electric bill since my windows have been leaking air for two winters and one summer… yea rick is a solid guy , he’s one step ahead of you, took my $6,000 went to Florida’s and left a fancy hole in my house .
