Complete restoration.
$550,000
180 days
Our home is on the historic register and we were initially impressed by Rick's knowledge of our homes era, architecture and esthetic. He knew where to get the restored window sashes and door jambs. We hired Rick's team and we can not be more pleased. He worked with us on the price, & in the end his workmanship was worth the minimal added time to complete the project.

I asked Rick to order 6 Milgard windows, after 2 weeks of "waiting", he installed 2, and it was obvious they were not Milgard. I sent pictures to a Milgard rep, and she said they were not. When I confronted Rick, he drove away. Rick is a thief and a criminal that gives good contractors a bad name.
