We used Rick for our leaf cleanup 3 years in a row because our neighbor did. The first year was fine. The second year they didn't clean up part of the backyard despite agreeing that they would. The third year, they again didn't clean up the area again (despite me reminding them to make sure they did because they missed it last year). No bill was left and no attempt to collect payment was made the day of service (I would have paid on the spot if it was). Rick came by 3 weeks later and left a bill and when I took a few days (about a week) to get around to sending in the check, he came to my house and yelled at my nanny. I put the check in the mail that day and sent a text to the number he left that the check was in the mail. He came back 3 days later knocking like a crazy person, leaving a ridiculous note on the door, tried to enter my home, and when my wife came down to see what the heck was going on he started yelling at her. All over $175 from an annual customer that he took 3 weeks to get around to sending the bill to. Below average service, average price, and a completely ridiculous (possibly mentally unstable) owner. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future, suggest you do the same.
