I am a Realtor and contract with Rick (Ricardo) whom I met a few years ago when I contracted him to do a roof for one of the first housing projects I’d been working on. While doing so he noticed the fence was off the hinges and a few boards were broken, and contained some wood rot, which coincided with some of the roof underlay wood, and suggested I have someone come and check out the foundation due to the amount and visual damage of certain spots he brought to my attention. He was right! This was 7 years ago, and to the date not only is he a tremendously hard working and honest man, but so fair and humble when it comes to pricing and always recommends the best deals and routes of execution, with no pressure on what you decide to do.
