it has been 7 years and the permit still shows as open. New ac unit installed in 2013. Did not pull a permit; but charged me for it. After 3 years of problems and paying several contractors to discover the problem I filed a complaint. He finally came back and did some repair to his installation; but it has never worked properly. House struggles to stay cool.
