* Disappointed *
Rick's team replaced the under-decking roof on a home that I purchased in The Falls of Cherokee. They did this work less than 6 months ago for the previous owners and installed the under-decking without any pitch/slope at all. Since it is perfectly level, this prevented the water that leaks through the deck to drain properly and the panels are already collapsing.
When I spoke with Ricky on the phone, he assumed no responsibility at all and said that they simply replaced panels for an existing system and did not feel it was their job to install it correctly or even to check the slope for drainage. I am beyond disappointed. He could have sent out two guys to fix this...just some simple labor. But he did not.
