  This was our 2nd project with Ridge Remodeling. Initially they upgraded our attic insulation and made our home so much more comfortable. Then we worked with them to upgrade our entire first floor. Amazing results! I feel like I have an entirely new house. We have so much more functional space now and it's so beautiful. David and Matt were amazing to work with, so responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. No question was too small or insignificant. They work with an amazing team and the results are beautiful.

  insulate exterior walls

  I had the office in Hampton area insulate my home they left a mess did not plug all the holes in the walls, I had to redo all the patches in the walls and they put in some insulation under and over the windows and the sheet rock was popped away from the wall and was told that the owner would call me back and that the repairs would be made right, they did not call and with wall was never repaired very unprofessional and i ended up doing a lot of cleaning after they left!!!

  Hired for attic installation of heat barrier and scuttle box insulation. Discussed price breakdown with Sam who wrote everything down and said he would type up and send, never did. Also did not itemize on our work order. Day of install, we were told they couldn't do the scuttle box. We contacted Sam and he said they should have installed and he would take care of it personally, however, we never heard from him again. Called two weeks ago and asked for a refund. He asked to let him come install within a week or we'd get a refund. Called today to request refund and spoke with the owner Matt who was not involved until today. Matt refuses to refund us the $500+ we were quoted and is now saying it was given to us free as an incentive. However, there is no line item on the work order of this discount. Terrible customer service. Paid over $4K and posted on social to which Matt threated to sue me for extortion and defamation. I am contacting a lawyer. AVOID dealing with them if you can or take any photos of a written quote in person. Sam, the person who worked with us is now MIA and Matt is accusing us of demanding money for work they didn't do and charged us for.
