    ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE LOOKING TO BUY A RIGGINS BUILT HOME SHOULD LOOK AT ONE THAT IS ONLY ONE YEAR OLD ,SAY MINE BEFORE THEY BUY A RIGGINS HOME.OR IF THEY WANT TO BUY ONE THEY NEED TO LOOK THE HOME OVER WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS AND SEE ALL THE THINGS THAT IS WRONG BEFORE THEY GET STUCK WITH ONE.
