Avoid!!! I hired them to tile the floor at my business. I did not receive a contract and although he verbally told me he would float the floor because of an elevated area, he did not include on the bid. Within a few weeks of installation, the tiles started cracking with the slightest pressure. He placed tiles too close together, did not clean tiles prior to laying, did not properly apply thin set, and did not float the floor according to promises and ANSI directives. It has been a mess and I would not let him touch my floor again!
