  Great service. Our AC went out and our home warranty company contacted Ritchie Home Solutions. He came out the next day, which was a huge relief. He was very communicative, on time, and provided great service. Highly recommend

  AC work

  $65

  Called home warranty company Stephen Ritchie came to my home to fix a leaky air handler telling me it was that my drip pipe was clogged letting the unit drip water onto the drywall below he comes by uses a vacuum on a 5 gallon bucket takes home 15 Mins he smelled mike B.O and was not happy to be at work. Now the unit drops more water than it did before he showed up !! Don’t bother hiring this guy !!

  Terrible Ritchie!!

  Clearly I am not the only one who has had issues with this guy. Like the other comments already posted, he is exactly what they say! He also lied to my home warranty company, left parts laying around, and was so rude and angry when I called him out on his findings that I had to ask him to leave or I was calling the police!
  I am going to also file a complaint with the ROC, because this guy is not only a poor technician, he is not stable and I would not trust him around anyone in my family! Steer clear from this guy!!

  My homeowners insurance company sent over Ritchie Refrigeration to examine why my AC was not blowing cold air. "Ritchie" came to the house and was highly unprofessional. When I tried to get more information regarding my AC unit and why he was suggesting the type of service he was, he got extremely loud and angry with me. He could not back up his statements each time I asked a question. I got so shaken up I actually had to ask him why he was yelling at me. I had never been in a situation like this in my life and was actually brought to tears by this man. I explained to him that I was just trying to gain knowledge on my AC unit and make sense of the claims he was throwing at me of what was wrong. He left pieces taken apart around my AC unit never replacing them. He had lied to my insurance company and said my AC had been broken for a long time. When I called him and told him this is not the case, that it was in fact blowing cold air just a few days ago, and if he could please explain why he would say such a thing, he became even more angry and loud and hung up on me. Every word I tried to say he would just start to yell over me. I could not get a word in. This was the worst service/experience of my life. I'm still shaken up by it. Absolutely horrible.

  Poor Service

  The worst contractor I have ever been involved with. He shows up very angry and rude. Gets on a roof without knocking or ringing the door bell. He is lucky I did not go outside with home protection because some random person is on my room. Then as he is sent there for a recall for an issue he could not complete the first call. Then as he leaves just for a condensation issue my entire AC unit is broken and I am left with no AC for 2 days in the Phoenix heat. He will get a contractor complaint against him. Never accept service from this man/company as they are very unprofessional and cannot complete a job properly. More money out your pocket if you chose this company.
