We had Rivera construction work on two separate projects in our home. The first project (finishing the basement) was finished in a timely manner and the work was solid. Unfortunately, the second project was the complete opposite. A two week commitment to build a deck in the backyard became 6 weeks and it went down hill from there. The finished work product was atrocious...mortar covering brick, unfinished cuts on the wooden deck, all around terrible work product. So disappointing. I hope folks think twice before using Noe as I no longer trust him or his ability to deliver quality work.

Noe is extremely respectful and customer driven. Noe helped us come up with cheaper options while still offering quality work. He was able to finish the projects in a timely matter and also was available to answer questions weeks after the work was done. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The only downfall was that I wasn't able to see any of his work online but he was referred by a family friend and we trusted their opinion.
