I bought a new build home from this company. It has been an absolutely terrible decision. They are impossible to find online, for obvious reasons, and their realtor, Keyla Rivera (who I assume is related to them) is extremely unresponsive.
We moved into this home in the winter so of course, did not need AC. Come summer time, we learned the HVAC system was never serviced with Freon. So it had been running and not blowing any cold air. Do to emergency, I contacted an HVAC contact I had and had them fill it so my dogs did not overheat in the house waiting to hear back from Rivera. We have been in back and forth emails for 3 months now, and she has yet to provide us with any compensation or even try to explain how the warranty works to us. This is not to mention the three bathroom leaks we’ve had in 4 months since moving in. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
