I would NOT recommend this builder. Leading up to the build, Jon was interested and involved. As soon as the contract was signed, he didn’t want any input from me. He was often angry when presented with my ideas, refused to provide any receipts, and quit halfway through. He withheld the substantial deposit, required mediation and burned through hours of lawyer time and then returned 25% of the deposit. He charged me for his errors and ignored others. He made changes in the plans that cost me. Worst experience ever.
