We purchased a Lifelong Dream Deck for close to $10K a couple of years ago. It is not a "dream deck", it is a nightmare. Ron said we have a lifetime warranty on the deck as per our contract. We have been contacting him for 6 months trying to get it fixed. He has refused. If you want to hire a contractor who will hold up his end of the contract, stear clear from R.J. Brittingham!
