We used Rich Lewis for a complex home remodel. We have owned seven homes and built or remodeled all of them. In general we have been fairly disgusted with the contractors we've used. RJ Lewis was the one exception. He was completely honest with us. He took extra time to find ways to cut down costs for us and passed the savings on to us. He made several suggestions on how to improve on our home plan, and let us do "sweat equity" on the parts we wanted to work on ourselves. He is the only contractor I have ever worked with who reliably showed up or let us know he wouldn't be able to come. We no longer live in Utah, but if we move back I will never consider using another contractor. I'm a physician now, but I used to work for a custom home builder. I know enough to know the tricks of the trade and to recognize quality construction. Rich built us a beautiful home, on schedule, under price, and with immaculate attention to detail and quality. Hands down the best builder I have ever worked with.
