RJK Renovations ran a radio and web ad for fifty percent off tile work for any kitchen or bath renovation if booked in August. Took over a week to get first quote without the discount. Received discounted quote and requested work changes. Emails and phone calls to try and get a response. RJK now stated renovation was not large enough for discount ( no exclusions on ad). They finally to discount. Still waiting for new quote, sent emails, left voice mails. Received message they would send it next week (September). Instead got email stating would not honor discount because it was Sept. Lousy customer service and failure to honor their advertising.
