There are some things that RM
did right on our home renovation, but there are many little things that went wrong. The project didn’t finish on time and ended up being a lot more expensive than quoted. Workers had used our showers without asking and ate ice cream from our freezer without permission. Workers also complained to us that RM didn’t pay them properly. Despite several attempts to obtain official invoices, I never received any. And now, two years after our renovations, it becomes apparent that a lot of corners were cut - cheap materials and shoddy work. Would not recommend.

Our experience was horrific. We had our kitchen demolished by RM Home Renovation and Design (Rod and Jennifer Messeca) in Octber. We. paid a hefty amount of money in advance to have Rod order the appliances, fixtures, plumbing supplies, cabinets, etc. There were often weeks at a time when no one would show up. Eventually, all work stopped. We had to re purchase our appliances, plumbing fixtures, tiling. We had to have these things installed ourselves. We had to seal the tiles and the couonter tops. We needed to fix the light switches. We had to finish the floors. In sum, he cost us another $40,000 in addition to the $105,000 we paid him for all of the items I just mentined. He is a crook and not a decent human being. Stay as far away from him and his conpany as you can.
