    Robb Neely is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He is a consummate liar - will promise anything to get the job, take your money and then not complete the job. He is audacious enough to ask for additional funds because of his mismanagement and mishandling of funds provided for the project. His approach is to state that he's being advised to walk away from the project but because he "feels" that the right thing to do is to finish it, he would like additional funds.
