I have successfully sued and won a judgement against Robert A. Harris for home improvement fraud and thievery. I have also filed a police report, and an official complaint against him with the Better Business Bureau. He uses multple aliases, including Bace Construction, Harfin Enterprises, and Pelican Bay Builders. Robert A. Harris forged the paperwork for Charles Anderson of HomeTeamHandyMan, who falsely posed as a licensed contractor. Together, they stole $40k from me, destroyed my condo in Philadelphia, left my condo in code violation, flooded the apartment below me (as they falsely posed as licensed plumbers as well), and deceptively charged me for expensive construction material while using cheaper material.
