Rob was excellent to work with. He is truly a gem in this type of industry--professional, courteous, respectful, and he does top-notch work. I felt completely comfortable having Rob work in my home and around our family. We are DIY people and rarely hire out because it is so hard to find quality workers. I would hire Rob again and recommend him to anyone.

I thought I was working with a contractor I could trust, but then I realized that he had caused significant damage to my home and chose to cover it up rather than doing the right thing and repair it. He also used paint sticks to lessen the width of the door opening while installing a screen door that was too narrow for the opening. He used wood scrap to bring the door latch out 1/2" so the door would latch, instead of telling me so I get a proper sized door. All of this is visible and looks very amateur. He also installed a door for me that ices half way up the door on both ends during the winter. He cut the holes for the dead bolt 1/8 too wide and chipped and broke the wood jamb will cutting the hole for the striker plate. The door is hard to close and the dead bolt is miss-aligned. when he put the trim back up around the door two nails went all the way through the door frame. He made no attempt to repair any of it. There was damage to the siding in several locations. He also told me to leave my garage open for him. I regret doing that because he had no reason to be in the garage. His work is overrated and expensive. He recommended contractors from his networking club for other work in the house. They bullied me, yelled at me and demanded I give them access to the house 24/7. There were a lot of things that were missing from the house as well as damaged throughout the house. This is not a person that should be trusted alone in your home. I feel I was manipulated and taken advantage of.
