We used this contractor to build our house in Los Altos recently. It turned out to be a nightmare! One month after we moved in the hardwood floor started to pop up and different places, and I can hear squeaking sound in many places across the house when I step on them. What is more annoying is that the contract stated to install 3/4" pre-finished HW floor but Bob the contractor used 1/2" material. He insisted on billing us an extra $7000 although it was clearly stated in the contract that the hardwood floor is already included.
We were over-charged with other items as well and the contractor always uses bad-quality material. It was a bad decision to choose this contractor!
