hired him to repair the roofs of two different buildings which he took my money for but the problems still exist. He claims he came out a few times to rectify the problem which he did not and the buildings were in the same situation. I ended up having to hire someone else to fix the original problems on both buildings and Robert stopped communicating and answering my calls and text messages within a few weeks of the matter. He never solved the original issue, he never offered a solution, and on top of that just started to ignore me and kept my money

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Beware do not hire look at all reviews and look at his licence up on the state contractors licensing. Robert Noy should have been a sales man that has a good product. His contractors Licence expires 8-20. He only carries $15,000 bond. He has several cases pending at the State Contractors Board. Please look you will be glad you did. I am looking out for elderly people that cannot go on the roof and catch the bad work
