Built new construction and we have had nothing but issues since we closed. Did a custom build and he couldn't even order the correct materials. We ended up buying most of our own stuff for pathetic credits. Finish work is awful and we keep finding more things. We have been in our house for over a year now so we are no longer under warranty and he never finished the punch list and came up with pathetic excuses about why he couldn't fix certain things. Every house in our neighborhood has issues.

We were also screwed over by Bob Pace. We had issues with our driveway from day one. He said I was being "too picky" and ended up ghosting us. The driveway top was crumbling and we were getting divets where our tires would rest of the driveway. The driveway developed a sinkhole that was 5 feet wide and 18 inches deep. We spent $33,000 to tear up and replace the entire thing. Turn out Bob buried HUGE stumps under our driveway that were degrading, thus the sinkhole. We spoke with lawyers about suing him. They said we it would be fruitless. That it would be nearly impossible to get money from Bob. I wish there were better laws protecting people from bad builders.
