Please move on to any other contractor you are considering. Like other reviews you might read about this man. I never got a quick reply from him until I stopped payment on a check. His sales pitch is that he'll treat your home as if it were his. In the future I will ask that a contractor go ahead and treat as if it were mine since I'm the paying customer. I have had at least 50 plants die and am only now realizing that the soil received no preparation in the way of tilling and addition of potting mix. Some of the dead plants pulled right out when we went to remove them. I wonder if they were even properly planted to begin with. Bob sends 1 man to work in your yard with infrequent supervision. Perhaps if there were some supervision the work would have taken 9 weeks instead of 36 weeks. Finally I have to point out the unprofessional attitude. I once told Bob that I was hoping to be done by Thanksgiving and we were rapidly approaching the 4th of July. His response was that I never said which Thanksgiving. I also mentioned the dying plants to him several times and he said that I would just have to water by hand. Silly me, I thought that was what all the netafim was supposed to be for.
