I was scammed also. Paid half down for high quality storm doors to order last august... no problem there. Doors fianally come in October.... okay ?? Window sahaes & screens weren't in the shipping box. Colt Miller, the installer had to call Provia to get windows, screens that I paid for.. Back n forth texts, ecuses, delays... NO contact AT ALL from Colt or this scammer Robert Jaques since first of the year. No help from Provia either in "mediating with THEIR VENDOR. I knew Colt, his family from many years ago, shouldn't have paid balance until they got my order complete. HUGE MISTAKE. Yeah, my stupidity. Should have checked THEIR reviews before. Provia is a high quality rated door.... with NO customer service. Stay away from these scammers until State shuts them down.

Roberts Home Solution owned by Robert Jaques is the largest crook in New Orleans people do not by any chance do any work through him you will get nothing but illegal Mexicans in your house with improper tools they don't clean up properly they steal from people's homes he knows it and he continues to use them bad bad choice terrible contractor liar Crook and a cheat..... Believe me I know I worked for the idiot he owes me a bunch of money and still has some of my tools do not trust the guy it will come back to bite you in the butt and please don't listen to that fake Christian routine that he uses to suck you in

I had my windows replaced by Roberts Home Solutions and had an issue where window wouldnt close........the owner came out and showed me I wasnt pushing window up far enough. Colt was the person I dealt with and I found him to be honest and conscientous of doing a great job. I love my windows and will keep referring them. The price and quality of windows was great and they charged $100 to replace any bad wood.
