Rocket Plumbing is the plumber used by our builder, and they were sent to our house that was just completed to replace a hose bib that was leaking, and hadn't worked properly since it was put in. The man who came to my door (who I believe is Bryan the owner) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had no idea they were coming, and when I answered my door he didn't introduce himself, and immediately started lecturing me on how the reason it wasn't working was our fault. He was very condescending, and I couldn't believe I was being spoken to this way in my own home by someone who runs a professional business.
There are many other choices of plumbers out there that treat their customers with respect, don't bother hiring Rocket Plumbing. -

Quality work. Excellent customer service. We had a huge headache in dealing with a home builder and Rocket came to the rescue, we can't thank them enough for stepping up and getting our finish plumbing done and in a timely manner.
