    Rebuild & design from concept to the cleaned finish!

    Yes he worked on my Malibu beach home and turned the entire project over to him after I gave him my strict detailed detail only man I know who has a better vision than I do and is very intuative & intelligent as are most people from the Northern Midwest & is of the Finnish race-he is also very patient, kind & thoughtful & I appreciated that he prayed & had a priest bless my project before he started each work day-My wife Jayne & I could not be happier-and we made a good friend for life-what a blessing-he was the 9th contractor we interviewed out of 19-He really cared & listened & wasn,t the least expensive you not only pay for his materials but his insight, creative mind & workers whom we trusted with our lives & property-I have turned over the key to Rodney with instruction to let anyone of his fine employees who worked on our beachhouse thar they could use it any time we went back to do our business in the Cinti. Ohio area our main business as long as they cleaned up & brought their own bedding-is cleaner when we arrive then when we left-I assume knowing Rodney "Pahoo" as his close friends call him-that he hired his cleaning service his wife owns to clean up after his people!!-we rate Rodney Melvin Paavola & Co & his beautiful talented wife a score of 109 on a scale of 1-100!!!!!Most sincerely Lawrence{former Hollywood Agent] Kenneth Lee & Ms. Jayne!!!!!!!!!Love them so!!

    Rod was the first contractor we ever worked with when we started our architecture firm. We have gone on to complete many projects together since and hope to do many more in the future.

    Rod builds the project in his head and on paper many times over before setting foot on site. During construction he continues to work over every detail to make sure everything is considered - he has saved us a lot of potential headaches as a result.
