This contractor came out to my home in Magnolia gave me a bid for my roof. He never showed back up. I called him repeatedly. I lost count of the calls begging him to come out and finish the job. He had submitted a signed contract to my mortgage company Wells Fargo. Because he did this my mortgage company will not terminate the contract unless he signs off on it stating that no money is owed him, and that he has no intention of doing any work. This man has held me up from getting my roof fixed for over three years. Today's date is 11/04/2011, and hurricane Ike hit in 09/2008. If you do business with this man and anyone in his company you are crazy!!! This man is not honorable in any way shape or form. He looks for women I believe to take advantage of. I contacted him today to ask him to please send a letter to Wells Fargo so that I can get him off this contract on this roof, and I know he won't get back in touch with me. So this will hold my roof up another three months because now I have to send him certified letters X3 each 30 days apart. MAJOR DISHONEST MAN AND COMPANY. IF YOU DEAL WITH HIM AND GET TAKEN LIKE I DID YOU HAVE NOBODY TO BLAME BUT YOURSELF. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I paid over $25,000 for unfinished work they have disappeared, stop working, gone, vanished and also you pay for new materials for your home and they reuse your old materials by cleaning them up or repaint them to look new. I have no bathrooms, no kitchen, no vents, no cabinets, holes in the wall etc. This is a father and son team. They have different business names and addesses! Check it out for yourself. Unfortunately, I found out too late.
