I’m not one to leave reviews. But in this case,Rogers Contracting, LLC definitely deserves a positive review for their commitment to extraordinary customer service. When I call in, no matter who I speak with, they are always courtesy and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered. But what I love most is just how they make me feel. They really make me feel important, that my business means something and is special to them. There aren’t many companies out there that do this anymore, and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

They did not keep their word, they threatened to charge me for warranty work as they blamed everything on anything besides their work. Before roof replacement my roof did not leak, after roof replacemt my roof leaked. We had to call them out to finish the job, The owners daughter Jessica R. is terribly rude and unprofessional, and relies on you not knowing anything about roofing. Melvin H. The sales rep, will tell you anything to get the job, then they will not do what they say. The crew does not speak english so its hard to communicate with them when asking about things you were told would happen. My recommendation is to do a google search and you will find where the company was fined by the courts, thousands of dollars for consumer deception. I would recommend you find another company to do your roof.
