im really tired of not being able to trust.. for yrs rogers had been doing our heating/cooling for our duplex ...he showed like a decent man..always providing what we assumed best option...i do know times have been tough..but good business practice means you follow through and not leave your customers hanging and wondering when the rest of what we paid for is to be finished....i shouldnt have to hire a lawyer to get wht i paid for...is there any honesty out there anymore???? or are all just a bunch of money hungrey asshats with no respect for others...just plain bad business..and we wont use him again...time to find another dishonest asshat...

Our initial dealings with this company started out well, then quickly turned.
On February 19, 2021, we thought we were purchasing a hanging furnace for our garage. On the day we received the quote we were asked to pre-pay a portiona of the quoted amount so that the equipment could be purchased. We PAID $950 upfront on February 19, 2021 and to date no heater has been installed and the equipment not delivered to us. We had several appointments made to have the heater installed all ending with a "No Call No Show" and now unable to reach the company. All phone calls go straight to voicemail, text messages are ignored and the address online and on the PAID Invoice are no longer valid. We have been scammed out of our money!
PSA: STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY! Do not trust this company. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

This man is a thief! Said our furnace had a crack, was given 2,000 for a new furnace, with remaining due at install. This was early May. At the end of July still did not have the furnace. I asked for a refund which he would not give me. Finally threatened to contact attorney, he dropped off a furnace, which was vented differently from what was ordered. Had another company look at old furnace and is was not cracked.Heating element needed cleaned. Which costs 69.00$ Had a terrible time trying to find a company to hook up the New furnace, that we didn’t need, because it was associated with his name. One company even suggested he had probably stolen from a construction site! Save yourself a lot of stress and do not hire this thief!

Roger's saved our bacon on the coldest day of the year, replaced our furnace on a Sunday. When your home is in danger it's better to have it fixed. New Furnace worked all winter, on first hot day it failed and blew a fuse when switched to air. He's only one guy so it may take a day or two for him to get to you. So I called a big company that came first thing in morning. The new company found wiring had been run in on a sharp edge of sheet metal right on the gas line, it was shorting out and sparking ( on the gas line) causing the fuse to blow. Also access to the furnace is partially blocked by drain pipe, that covers the door into furnace. Other than that was happy that he got us through winter.

He pre ordered a furnace for us, never delivered. Of course, wouldn’t answer call. Threaten to turn him and girlfriend in to city of Davenport check theft, business is in girlfriends name. He had needed 2,000$ up front. 4 months later he dropped off a furnace, but wasn’t ours! This vented out the house, the one ordered vented though chimney! Thank god we found another company to install it. They knew of Roger, not good, and said it was probably stolen from a construction site! He is bad news! Don’t hire him!
