I had a very poor experience with Rolando Interiors Specialist. In August 2017, I contracted with them to paint my townhouse. It is common practice for painters to return to perform touch-up work. In my case, there was a section of siding with large cracks that had not be caulked, and with some signs of peeling after 1 year. Unfortunately, after over a dozen requests by phone, e-mail and text with the owner, Fortino de Leon, it has been *over a year* and they have failed to perform the touch up work that they promised to do.
I have made attempts to work around his schedule, and even left paint outside, at his request, but neither he nor any of his crew ever showed up. I would strongly caution anyone considering Rolando Interiors Specialist, given the negative experience I described.
