Romero's is not a professional or reputable company. They dropped roofing material on my car and their response was deplorable. Not only did the roofers on-site at the time of the incident not have any contact information for their superiors, the permit taped to the outside of my house was complete bologna. Not one, but THREE contact numbers listed on the permit were invalid phone numbers. I spent a whole day tracking down someone in charge to settle insurance with. When I finally got in contact with someone, he spent nearly three months replying as slowly as possible to my emails, buying himself time. I understand when something like this happens it's not always easy figuring out how to fix it. But it became clear after several months of inaction and redirection that they had no intention of making this right. I finally filed a claim with my insurance and got the repairs done, at $1,300 in out-of-pocket expenses to me. Now that my insurance is trying to correspond with them, we are getting no response and have learned the the insurance policy they provided is also false.
This company has no integrity at all.
