If you value you your home and vehicles, DO NOT go with this company. I have been arguing back and forth regarding our driveway from this builder since the moment they installed and and the company does not care that they installed something that damages our vehicles. The driveway can only handle vehicles that are raised and not of standard height. This was pointed out during our initial walk through but the builder did not care stating there was nothing they could do.
The driveway has caused a lot of damage regarding the bumpers and undercarriages of our vehicles. Not only did this company give us a poor driveway, they are refusing to fix it despite their warranty policies clearly stating that they are obligated to repair "common elements to provide the functions that can reasonably be expected in such a home or common element". Our 2019 dodge challenger (which is slightly raised) barely clears it while still scraping the bumper and under carriage while the 2019 Toyota Corolla can't even get up the driveway without directly impacting the driveway.
Thus far, the company has been a nightmare to work with, with the exception of one employee. And this situation has forced us to either damage our vehicles or park on the street which violates HOA policies and will lead to us getting fined/towed.
Now we're forced to either try and scrape some money together to have another company fix it for us, risk getting fined/towed, tolerate damages to our vehicles or move out of a house that we literally just moved into. For the sake of obtaining a good home and a respectful company, I recommend that you do not use Covington Homes for anything.

Just a terrible experience all around with Covington homes. Came in with great promises and expectations and they were all lies. Non existent communication, zero time management and terrible customer service both during the build and after. Do yourself a favor and don’t build with them. Stay away!

Unfortunately, we did NOT have a good experience with this home builder due to craftsmanship and customer service. We would NOT recommend.

After viewing a number of builders, we chose Covington builders and are so glad we did. They had the perfect model layout for us, and the quality of their work was great.
After moving in, Covington was quick to respond to any issues we ran into. To me, it's how you are treated AFTER the sale that counts, and they always went out of their way to make sure everything was right.
During the awful winter storms last year, our home showed no signs of draft and the insulation kept us nice and warm without a lot of furnace run time. During the hot summers, we close up in the late morning and the house stays cool almost all day without running the AC. Covington is a 5 star builder
