Worst experience ever!!
I paid him my deposit and he did 12 hours of work in 35 days!
Compulsive excuse-maker
Irresponsible
Won't resolve issues
Left my house a disaster zone after sanding spackled walls without covering anything. My entire first floor and my air ducts were covered/filled with dust then he tried to use his pregnant daughter as an excuse to not finish his work and won't return any of my calls.DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!

Please do not use this contractor. I used him for a basement remodel. Paid him every penny and he never finished the job. It was a nightmare. Never come on time and leave early. A lot of no show. Still hasn't finish the job. Over priced me. He is very combative. Please do not use him.

We contracted with him to do 2 and a half bathrooms. on nov 9th- the price looked good and he estimated it would take one week to complete. They took out both of our upstairs toilets on Jan 18 with the pipe dripping into a bucket we had to empty every few hours. Then they disappeared. By Jan 26th I was texting him daily. Sometimes he'd reply, sometimes he wouldn't bother. Usually he'd say "tomorrow" and I'd stay home only to have him not show up. He wouldn't even call- that was the worst part, not getting replies. Then I got a call from his painting sub-contractor saying he'd never been paid! This after Ron assured me his men all worked for him and he doesn't sub-contract. So now we find out the painter is within his rights to put a lien on our new house!! And we STILL have a bucket where our toilets used to be! Finally we were reduced to threatening legal action. He came back at the end of February. He installed a different toilet than the one we agreed on (because it was "on sale") bought a vanity that would not fit in one of the bathrooms and complained to ME about the re-stocking fee to return it. Had the room painted BEFORE finishing the electrical work and then complained about having to redo the paint. Realized the electric wouldn't support the heating system we contracted for (but didn't take it off of our price) couldn't figure out how to install a diverter in our bath (did take off $50 for that). Finally in March we were done and were able to get him (and his buckets!) out of our house by the first week of March.
all around an unprofessional operation and a truly unpleasant experience. He mistreats his employees and we had to speak to him more than once about his language in front of our pre-schooler.
I once heard that everyone wants three things from a contractor 1) Quality work 2) quickly completed for a 3) low price. But that in reality even a good contractor can only give you 2/3. Ron promises it all and delivers on none. Oh and just as a bonus? The tub he updated? It doesn't hold water.
