On June 20, 2014, we moved into a co-op (1316 Ptarmigan #1) remodeled by Ron Hanson. It was wonderful...like moving into a brand new home. Only things left to do were dual-pane windows and roll-out shelves in kitchen and bath. Beautiful moldings, arched entries, sun tunnels in 1/2 bath and kitchen, recessed lighting in kitchen...all things that I would normally want done, but wouldn't necessarily afford. Real craftsmanship and thought went into this remodel.
